Andi Putt is an Autistic Speech-Language Pathologist, speaker, and creator of @mrsspeechiep. She specializes in Autism evaluations, early identification, and neurodiversity-affirming support for Autistic children and families.
Andi presents internationally for conferences, schools, universities, and organizations on topics including Autism identification, communication, regulation, play, strengths-based support, and affirming therapy practices.
Her presentations combine practical strategies, research, real-life examples, and lived experience in a way that is engaging, approachable, and immediately applicable across settings.

This training helps professionals move from recognizing Autism traits to providing meaningful, neurodiversity-affirming support.
